This project was located in the wettest area of Far North Queensland. Neater’s building experience in this area proved critical to completing the earthworks and pouring the slab before significant rainfall effected the project.
|

This project was designed with maximum strength and longevity in mind. The trusses were made from hardwood timber with extra supports added for wind bracing. All block work was core filled and the hardstand and slab areas were poured with N32 concrete for maximum strength.
|

The completed project included several roller shutters to each workshop bay, an oil separator to treat the waste water, bollards to protect each vehicular entrance and multiple long span shelving units to house spare parts, tools and accessories.
