Col Neate - Managing Director
Licensed general Builder BSA Licence No17765. Over thirty three years of extensive hands-on experience in virtually
every area of housing and construction. Experienced in project and construction management of prestige residential,
multi unit projects, Industrial projects and Hotel and motel refurbishments.
Extensive experience in quantity surveying, design and construction, providing practical assistance to engineers,
architects and building designers. Proven track record of managing complex projects within budget and time frame
while maintaining high quality standards. Recognised innovator with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Sound knowledge of quality assurance and occupational health and safety policies and procedures.

Deborah Hayman – Executive Director
Qualified Lead Auditor & Member of the Australian Institute of Management
Advanced Diploma of Business Management
Over 10 years experience with the management of Quality and OHS&E Systems including compliance auditing to Australian
and International Standards.
Deborah has been employed at Neater since 2003 as the Management Systems Manager and in 2005 became a Director of the
company.
Our company vision is to always deliver a quality product to the customer that not only meets but hopefully exceeds
their expectations, while at the same time always ensuring the safety and health of our team so that they are able to
work safely and return home each day safely. We also have a strong commitment through our management systems to reduce
wherever possible the impact of our operations on the environment and the community. Quality and Sustainability should
